Orders & returns

Orders

  • You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order successfully. An additional notification will be sent when your order is out for shipping.
    Our team could reach you to check further information if necessary.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards online, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diners, China UnionPay, and Japan Credit Bureau, with secure payment. You can also pay via Apple Pay.

  • Sorry, we do not offer the status of your order. But after the order placement confirmation, you will receive an email with shipping information. You can track your order via the carrier's website in your home country.

Returns

  • We offer a 7-day returns policy excluding opened items; stickers* torn off from the package. Return packages should arrive safely with original packing or equivalent.
    For the returns due to change of mind, return postage is paid by the customer. For orders damaged during shipping, exchanges are free.

    *Stickers on the package show the product name or open/limited edition.

  • Please get in touch with us for all exchanges and returns by the channel you prefer. We are available by email, phone, text message, and Whatsapp.

  • Our team will proceed with the refund process once the returned items are checked.
    The refund will take 7-14 working days to show up on your bank statement.
