Due to export declaration, we dispatch orders in 3-working days for standard shipping and express mail service.
We offer standard, express mail service and UPS(for the regions that do not support EMS currently).

For the standard shipping option, the delivery would take 2-weeks on average from the dispatch date. And up to 3-weeks to countries where the flight is not often due to the pandemic.
For the express mail service and UPS, the delivery would take one week on average from the dispatch date. And up to 2 weeks, depending on arriving country circumstances.

The Korea Post Office receives all of our shipping. The local carrier will receive the package from the customs of the arriving country and deliver it to you.

We are available in more than 50 countries currently. There are some countries we cannot ship to according to the international affairs between Korea and specific nations.
But we are open to your suggestions. Let us know if we are missing something.

Sorry, that is not possible for now. Our global and Korean stores have different policies. Both stores are under the same corporation, but the local laws apply different rules and systems.
